The hotel is clean, quiet and beds super comfortable. The staff were really sweet. The gym is a nice bonus. Coffee shop downstairs is charming.

It's a very comfortable room, with very attentive staff and it's in a good location, close to the MetroBus and on one of the main avenues in Mexico City. There is a very nice park near the hotel, where you can see local people running, walking dogs, dancing and practicing other hobbies.

I stayed in Elements for two nights and it was a superb experience. Everything from the communication and email responses, staff members, breakfast and room was of an excellent standard. I was given a very large and spacious room that was perfectly clean and extremely comfortable for a very reasonable price. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional and spoke English (as I sadly don't speak Spanish). In particular, a staff member names Juan went out of his way to help me ensure a smooth departure from the hotel and helped with communicating wth my Uber driver etc.

Excellent location, spacious rooms, everything in excellent working order. The hotel staff was extremely competent and helpful. Safe location, close to transport, easy to access attractions by bus or walking.

The location was great for where e needed to be. It felt safe and clean. Staff were helpful and the facility was clean.

Breakfast was included with my room price and it was excellent. I'd recommend eating outside on the rooftop balcony for a view of the city!

The staff were very accommodating. The rooms by the street are very noisy.. a big no if you’re a light sleeper.
