Hotel Elements by Marquis

The hotel is clean, quiet and beds super comfortable. The staff were really sweet. The gym is a nice bonus. Coffee shop downstairs is charming.

I stayed in Elements for two nights and it was a superb experience. Everything from the communication and email responses, staff members, breakfast and room was of an excellent standard. I was given a very large and spacious room that was perfectly clean and extremely comfortable for a very reasonable price. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional and spoke English (as I sadly don't speak Spanish). In particular, a staff member names Juan went out of his way to help me ensure a smooth departure from the hotel and helped with communicating wth my Uber driver etc.

The staff was great. Really polite and attentive. The facilities are clean and new. The rooms are quiet

Service and location

Breakfast was included with my room price and it was excellent. I'd recommend eating outside on the rooftop balcony for a view of the city!
